From Humble Beginings
McLeary’s Restaurant was opened by Ken McDonnell and Kevin O’Leary in 2010, originally in High Street, Waterford. The local lads vision was to run a restaurant that offered diners locally source fresh food, at a reasonable price.
The restaurant has proved popular with local diners and people travelling to the city alike. An opportunity to expand arose and Ken and Kevin relocated the business to the Quay, offering diners and even better dining experience. The recently refurbished building can seat up to 80 diners at a time and boasts a beautiful interior with stunning views of the river. There is a spacious outdoor seating area, with an incredible view of Greyfriars church – perfect for dining al fresco.
If you want a relaxing dining experienced, infused with great food and service, then McLeary’s is where you should dine. Let Ken, Kevin and all the team make you feel right at home.
